If unused…package not open
Returns accepted within 30 business days if unused, unwashed items that are still in original packaging. To make a Return, please have it available for pick up in the same manner in which it was delivered. It’s customer need response upload to carrier truck, A flat rate return shipping fee of $300 will be applied to your refund.

If used or package open
Returns for used or package open items are subject to a restocking fee for 20% of the cost of the item (before taxes) which will be deducted from your total refund. Please repackage your items as original packaging, and have it available for pick up in the same manner in which it was delivered. It’s customer need response upload to carrier truck.

What do I do when my order has visible damages?

Make sure you note all the damages on the delivery receipt ,and you can reject receive it and asking carrier bring back to us , and please take picture and sent to us , then we will redelivery to you .

if items seems ok inside, but package have damage , you still can receive it , but you need take photos and make note on delivery sheet, that which carrier will asking you sign and also asking carrier sign it , and you receive the item, then …if any damage find out after , we will sent you parts for replacement , we also can claim it .

If you see the damage and say nothing and didn’t make any note with carrier, then received it , we can’t claim it .

Open up the boxes within 5 business days of delivery and make sure all the pieces are intact. If there are damages, you need to email us pictures within 5 business days of delivery showing the damages. please e-mail to : josh.090808@gmail.com We will confirm receipt of the pictures as soon as possible.
Failure to inform us of problems with your order within 5 business days will result in your claim being denied. If a claim is denied, any costs for repairs or replacement parts will be paid for by the customer.
